Returns Policy
At Little Man Happy, we want to ensure that you and your little ones are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns policy to make the process as easy as possible. Please read the following guidelines for returning items:
1. Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at
order@littlemanhappy.com and include:
- your order number
- the item(s) you wish to return
3. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- If a return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or defective item), we will of course cover the return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments
4. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
Please note:
If an order originally qualified for free shipping, the standard shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or color, please place a new order through our website.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Swimwear, including socks and underwear.
- Personalized or customized items.
- Items marked as “samples” on our website.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
