Delivery Times
Dispatch: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Germany: 2–3 business days
- Europe: 2–5 business days
- All other destinations: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, weather conditions or peak periods.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information.
Returns & Refunds
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your order originally qualified for free shipping, the standard shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
This helps us keep our pricing fair and sustainable as a small, independent brand.
Please note: Customs duties, taxes and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Address Changes
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Any address changes requested after dispatch may result in additional charges payable directly to the carrier.
Uncollected or Refused Deliveries
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, absence, or refusal (including unpaid customs duties), the customer is responsible for all resulting shipping and return costs.
These costs will be deducted from any refund issued.
